CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON THE RACÓ PATRAIX RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN VALENCIA, A NEW MILESTONE IN COLLECTIVE HOUSING FOR E6A

Today we announce the start of construction for the Residencial Racó Patraix project, a development of 8 designer homes conceived to connect with the community and natural light in the heart of Valencia’s urban center.

This building, with a total area of 1,300 m², marks a decisive step for our team: a leap from our work in premium single-family homes toward the field of collective housing, embracing versatility, quality, and comfort.

The project is conceived as a building with a neighborhood spirit, transforming collective housing into a space of light, community, and high-quality design.
