The design for EGM’s new offices is based on a circular building, creating a flexible, sustainable, and healthy workspace.
The ground floor integrates offices, meeting rooms, and communal spaces using noble materials like wood, green zones, and efficient lighting control. The upper floor features movable curtains that allow the layout to be reconfigured according to needs.
The circular geometry enhances energy efficiency and acoustic comfort, while natural materials and accessible design promote wellbeing and equity for all users.
Following this principle, the project was developed under criteria of sustainability, wellbeing, and flexibility. Natural materials such as wood, textiles, and clay panels were incorporated to provide thermal and acoustic comfort while reducing the building’s environmental footprint.
The ground floor houses more enclosed spaces like offices and meeting rooms, resolved with glass partitions that allow light and visual connection with the outside while preserving privacy.
