Sustainable gym in Los Monasterios: nature, health, and modular architecture in service of wellbeing and energy efficiency.

Located in the Club de Campo Los Monasterios, the new gym is committed to architecture that integrates with nature, respecting existing vegetation and enhancing visual and physical contact with the environment through large windows and outdoor platforms.

The proposal uses noble, local materials such as wood and stone to ensure harmonious integration. The building will be constructed in two phases, starting with the gym and health post, followed by a covered swimming pool. The modular design allows the space to adapt to various activities, from group classes to personal training.

Energy efficiency is ensured through cross ventilation, solar protection, and rooftop solar panels. The entire complex is accessible, sustainable, and versatile — designed to improve users’ wellbeing through a healthy, technologically efficient environment.
