The proposal for the Montilivi student residence features five stepped volumes with optimal orientation and landscape integration.

Its comb-like layout allows for phased construction, fosters social interaction, and preserves views of the medicinal forest. Outdoor pathways of up to 3 km promote a healthy lifestyle. The connection with the adjacent residence and the tree-lined parking area reinforce campus cohesion.

With controlled heights, the massing adapts to the terrain, creating a sustainable, accessible complex compatible with future expansions based on the University of Girona’s needs.
