Located in the emblematic Ruzafa neighborhood, this boutique hotel emerges from the comprehensive renovation of a protected 1887 building.
Preserving its original façade, the project was completely gutted to create 12 spacious rooms, a courtyard with a pool, and minimalist-style communal areas.
Exposed concrete, black steel, and white carpentry define a neutral, sophisticated atmosphere. It is a technically demanding and sensitive project that overcame structural and regulatory challenges to transform a heritage building into a contemporary experience.
The interior design, developed in collaboration with the hotel owners, follows a clear concept: pursuing formal purity through honest materials and precise execution. Every detail —from the junctions between pillars and false ceilings to the handling of lighting and textures— contributes to a sense of balance and calm.
Yours is more than a hotel: it is a statement of respect for the urban environment, contemporary design, and a well-understood architectural heritage.
